Make displaying profile fields on memberlist an option

The settings for a profile field should allow displaying a custom profile field in the memberlist. We already have an option for viewtopic and viewpm, and we do have a snippet in the template to do this, so there's really no reason why we should make it any harder for users to display the profile field on the memberlist.
