      Description

      MSSQL and Oracle do not like "SELECT * FROM (SELECT 1) AS TBL WHERE 1 = 0".

      The suggestion is to use a real (empty) table here.

          The query's going to have to be against one of the existing tables since Oracle always requires a FROM in a SELECT clause. So something like:

          SELECT 1 FROM phpbb_users WHERE 1 = 0

          Just as a note, MSSQL Native also returns NULL when there are no more rows.
