Some files use 0xA9 as the copyright symbol which is neither ASCII nor the UTF8 copyright symbol.

      Description

      In some files, the copyright symbol is represented by an A9 character, which does not show up properly in utf-8. This should be changed to C2 A9 or (c).

        Patch for fixing the problem by replacing the whole header. develop needs another patch.
