Description

As described at the following link: http://www.phpbb.com/bugs/website/ticket.php?ticket_id=62974

The description in the 3.1 coding guidelines says that they apply to Olympus, when 3.1 is code named Ascraeus.

Simple fix, but it needed a ticket, so here it is. Patch in a moment.
