Not confirming "Save as Draft" strips attachments from PMs

If you create a private message with attachments, then click "Save as draft" and then click "No" at the confirmation screen, you are returned to the PM screen (as expected), but the attachments are gone. This occurs in both 3.0.9 and 3.0.10 RC2.
