MCP Layout STILL broken in ProSilver when screen is resized to less 1200 pixels

    Description

      Layout in MCP still is a mess when screen is not too wide (and especially evident on fixed width styles that rely on Prosilvers base settings for layout).

      Attached are screen grabs of the MCP Front page and MCP Forum page, so you can see how poorly text overflows.
