MCP Layout broken in ProSilver when screen is resized to less 1200 pixels

      MCP is broken with the changes created by this ticket: http://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/PHPBB3-6632

      Topics/View Details text will overflow into the adjacent columns, etc...on all MCP pages... Happens if your window is re-sized to not be so "wide-screen". Also poses a problem for 3rd party styles that are fixed-width.
