ACP "add multiple smilies" page is unusable on 1024x768 resolution

ACP -> Smilies -> Add multiple smilies (button is on the bottom).

Looks like the page is hiding overflow, and its width is over 1000 pixels.

On 1024x768 resolution the checkboxes to add smilies are invisible and cannot be checked.
