Incorrect email on joining Open group

When you join an Open group, you get this email:

"Congratulations,

You have been added to the "[name of group]" group on "TGR".
This action was done by a group leader or the site administrator, contact
them for more information."

Of course, with an Open group, the act of joining was not done by a group leader or a site administrator; it was done by the user
