Logging in with Mobile Device triggers SQL error on *_login_attempts.

    Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:details-module'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

      When logging in with a mobile device I receive an SQL error on the new table *_login_attempts. Data too long for column 'attempt_browser'.

      Default value is too small at 150 or value needs to be trimmed as in session.php for session_browser.

      The browser string is 164 chars,
