Since parent forum and permissions are related in a lot of cases, and furthermore setting permissions is an important part of creating a new forum, and furthermore because parent and copy permissions from boxes have the same content (list of existing forums), I propose moving "copy permissions from" directly under "parent" box from its current location at the bottom of the block where it is easily overlooked.
