Error message is on green background when trying to ban a nonexistent user

When trying to ban a nonexistent user I receive the following message:

The requested users do not exist.

However this message is shown on a green background, same as if ban was successful. This makes it easy to overlook the fact that this is an error message and nothing was actually banned.
