Board Start affected by DST

I noticed that the board start data in the ACP is affected by DST.
My board's actual board start date is: December 20th, 2010, 12:00 pm, but now that I have activated Daylight Savings time, it shows December 20th, 2010, 1:00 pm.
No matter what the current situation of DST is, the board start data should always remain the same.
I'm not sure if this is fixed in version 3.0.8 or later, as I can't find the changelog between versions. Sorry if this has already been solved.
