Compatibility with native phpass hashes

While we use phpass hashing, we changed the hash identifier from 'H' to 'P' for some reason. Because of this phpass hashes are no longer compatible with phpBB3. Newer versions of phpass even added support for our identifier.

We should also support 'H' for better inter-portability with 3rd party phpass libraries.
