Description

When registering to a phpBB3.0.8 forum with the complex password (uppercase, lowercase & numbers) setting on, this setting has no effect. It still allows you to register using a password with only lowercase, only uppercase, or only numbers.

I have experimented with this finding, but have been unable to find a fix for the issue. Sorry.
