Password change requirement notification in UCP is not noticable

It is far too hard to notice, that if a password change is required by the user, after he logs in, he can't browse the forum and instead, keeps being sent to the UCP, which requires him to change his password.

The notice, as it comes in a state of Notification to the user and not just some text on the page, should be highlighted. In Red, Bold or at least, bigger font.

It has been noticed at least twice that I found, and isn't such a hard thing (IMHO), to enhance the user experience in this case by altering the notification as mentioned above.
