      I'm running apache as a root and trying to convert phpBB2 to phpBB3.
      I'm entering path to former board:
      /root/tmp/apache_with_phpbb2/phpBB2
      and getting an error:
      Could not find path to your former board. ...

      Former board dir is readable by everybody:

      1. ls -al /root/tmp/apache_with_phpbb2/phpBB2
        drwxr-xr-x 17 tnuser tnuser 4096 Jun 10 15:23 .
