Administration Control Panel:General:Attachment Settings:Total Attachment Quota

I set a total attachment quota of 1100MiB. and submitted. After reloading the attachment settings page, it says the quota is 1.07MiB, rather than what it actually is(1.07GiB).

I know that the attachment quota is not actually 1.07MiB, because the attachment folder is just over 75MiB. I can also still add attachments, so it seems that the attachment quota actually is 1.07GiB and that it is just displaying 1.07MiB.
