one of the users of my board had entered a website address without http://, prior to the board conversion from 2.0.21 to phpbb3 RC1 (and a subsequent update to RC2). now, in RC2, upon clicking the link of the website, the address on the new page is http://www.boarddomain.com/phpbb/userwebsite.com where the board domain (http://www.boarddomain.com/phpbb/) is automatically added to the user's website address.
