We've identified some issues arising from the use of emoji and other multi-byte characters in the "Site Name" field that need to be addressed in the PWA manifest json. The issues range from emoji and multibyte characters being broken due to the trimming of a site-name to a short-name, and making sure these characters look correct to the end user when saving a forum/site to their device's home screens.
