Currently PHPBB_DISPLAY_LOAD_TIME is not being added into config.php during installation, so users have to find out the related functionality first and then add the line manually.
To make it consistent with another config.php constants, PHPBB_DISPLAY_LOAD_TIME is to be put in config.php during installation as well.
