Improve UCP/MCP/Posting tabs styling & problems

      There are numerous problems with the tabs (and the responsive dropdowns they produce) at the moment.

      This patch fixes most tab styling problems, as well as cleaning up the CSS and remove background-image files (changed to CSS).
