Prevent Private Message system from returning "Unknown folder" when inbox folder is full

      If PM inbox folder is full and we follow the link provided in the email, we can see the following message.

      Information

      Unknown folder

      Maybe it will be better to use this bug to add a message as

      Information

      Your folder is full
