Option "Users can contact me by e-mail:" in UCP must be replaced with two new options

Briefly:

Option "Users can contact me by e-mail:" in UCP must be replaced with two new options depending what is set in ACP option "E-mail settings -> Users send e-mail via board:"

Detailed:

1. Step:
   • We go to ACP -> Client communication -> E-mail settings
   • There we see option Enable board-wide e-mails:
   • After that we have a choice whether to set Users send e-mail via board: to Enabled or Disabled.
     • In case of Enabled the email URL will forward user to e-mail via the board form page ( memberlist.php?mode=email&u=<user_id> ).
     • In case of Disabled the email URL will forward user to real email address ( <a href="mailto:<user_email>"> ).
2. Step:
   • Now we go to UCP -> Options -> Board preferences
   • There we see an option Users can contact me by e-mail:
   • It can be Yes or No
   • If Yes then the behavior depends on the ACP option Users send e-mail via board:
3. Step:
   • I am referring to the fact that there must be too separate options in UCP instead present option Users can contact me by e-mail:
   • 1st option must be used when in ACP Users send e-mail via board: is set to Enabled
     Then in UCP we have an option with phrase Users can contact me via board's e-mail form:
   • 2nd option must be used when in ACP Users send e-mail via board: is set to Disabled
     Then in UCP we have an option with phrase Show my e-mail address to other users:
   • I hesitate to answer the question, should these options be available at the same time, or should they appear, depending on ACP option Users send e-mail via board:
4. Step
   • Also using two phrases will help translators to express the meaning of that mechanism more clearly.

Why not go the other way?

You can ask we why not to use single option by just replacing in UCP the current phrase Users can contact me by e-mail: depending on what is set in ACP for option Users send e-mail via board: ether Enabled or Disabled.

I will answer that "changing phrases" way will lead as to the fact that we will lie to users.

For example:

1. User goes to ACP and see there option Users can contact me via board's e-mail form:
2. He likes this one and sets it to Yes
3. Later board's administrator goes and change in ACP option Users send e-mail via board: from Enabled to Disabled
4. Yes, the old phrase Users can contact me via board's e-mail form: will be changed to Show my e-mail address to other users:
   but...
5. And as the user later had set Yes then his email address will become visible to other users
   And the user will not even know about that fact.
