Rearrange the ACP modules as per: http://area51.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?f=81&t=33234

Reducing the number of links should help make the ACP look a little friendlier, and organizing them in a better manner should help in the friendliness department a little as well. As I wrote in the linked topic, its a start...
