When the need comes up to approve/disapprove a change to a post which has been previously approved, there are the normal two options of approve or disapprove.

If the change is approved there is no problem.

But if the change is disapproved, the post is lost which is not correct as in the case just encountered the original post was made some time age and had led to some good discussion but when the original poster tried to make an unacceptable change to the original post, it was disapproved and the post was lost thereby making the whole discussion meaningless.

Where a change to a post is disapproved, the original post without the change should be reinstated.
