When trying to register (and not filling anything in except for the reCAPTCHA) it gives a nice error of the empty fields but since the recaptcha is nicely filled in it doesn't reload the recaptcha..
As seen on the attachement (after submitting empty fields but filled recaptcha)

but filling in the empty fields (from the attachement) will give you now a wrong validation code error
