I have tried setting both attacchments per post and message to "1". Yet I am still able to create a new thread on my forum and upload multiple images, or zip files. That are displayed.

I would have though by setting these settings to 1. I should not be allowed to create a new post (thread). And then be able to add for example 3 images via using the Upload option. Then have them all displayed in my thread OK
