UCP option, "Users can contact me by e-mail:" Not working.

    Description

      User logs in. User sets UCP->Board Preferences->Edit Global Settings->Users can contact me by e-mail: = YES

      User now goes to view members and clicks on him/herself. User's email link option is NOT there to send an email.

      Now, if an Administrator logs in and looks under a member's profile, the Admin can see an email link, regardless if the member has it visible or not.

      Am I missing a bigger picture here?
