URLs containing square brackets don't work

At least some Typo3 installation share the bad habit of creating URLs containing square brackets. These brackets then brake the bbCode. In phpBB2 you could come around this with enabling the "a" HTML tag, but in phpBB3 the automatic linking as well as the url-bbCode do not work.
