This is a very slight issue, and it's probably not worth spending a lot of time on, but I thought I'd mention it anyway.

Basically the page only jumps to the #review anchor when the link is clicked on Collapse View - when you click on Expand View, it doesn't jump.

I have no idea why it does this, and it might not even be a phpBB problem - could be a browser problem (although I have tested it in FF2 and IE7).
