Description
View a topic > click on the post information icon > click on an IP address listed under the "IP Addresses this user has posted from" section and you get:

# Query terms are ambiguous. The query is assumed to be:
# "n xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" (actual IP redacted by me)
#
# Use "?" to get help.
#
Still seems to bring back the information though.
