Wrong CDN URL for fontawesome in 3.2.0 migration

      The phpBB's assets folder contains the FA's 4.7.0 version

      Font Awesome 4.7.0 by @davegandy - http://fontawesome.io - @fontawesome

      But the migration sat v4.40 for the CDN.

      If there is not a valid reason for that I'd go ahead and fix it.
