The JQuery .load(fn) event is a shortcut for .on('load', fn) and the shortcut has been removed in JQuery 3. I know phpBB3.2 still uses JQuery 1 by default but making this change won't hurt anything and will make it compatible with those who are using JQuery 3.
Change JQuery .load(fn) event to .on('load',fn)
