Team page link always appears when you are logout (anonymous), even if you don't have the permission (unlike memberlist link)

Consider a board where the guests are not allowed to view the memberlist and therefore the team page (the default setting): although the memberlist link is logically hidden, the team page link is still displayed.

By contrast, if the registered users or bots don't view the memberlist link, they don't view the team page link either.
