and the explanation adds:
Note that you have to provide the protocol that your server uses. If you are using SSL, this has to be "ssl://your.mailserver.com"

Many people - reading "SMTP server address" - think they know what to do. They put "smtp.(something.com)" automatically, not reading the explanation (because there are too many explanations which do not add new meanings, and maybe people get tired or it's hard for them to read).
So saying "SMTP server address and protocol:" in the title is vital for improving accessibility and saving some people hours of struggling with errors.
