Improved fix for pagination layout in tables

      This is an improved patch for PHPBB3-15023 which was not properly solved, as the solution did not work for search results pages, and was not very elegant on viewforum pages.

      This patch eliminates the unnecessary line break and improves the layout when wrapping is necessary.

      The attached image shows an example of a page with the formatting problem on the phpbb.com site.
