The default ACP page shows a section of "Board statistics" that includes the Database server version and the phpBB version. It should also show the PHP version.

The PHP version is a key piece of information and shouldn't need the administrator to navigate to the Quick Access->PHP information page to determine their version. Put it front and centre like the Database server version and the phpBB version.
