Invalid constructor in FTP file updater

    Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:details-module'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

      The ftp updater uses an invalid constructor. This results in errors before even beginning the upload. As a result, users are told that a timeout was encountered. This is however not true.
