When the phpBB installs gives you the warning, that your update process is incomplete, it redirects you to the tab "system > check for updates". The information in that window are wrong:

• database_update script > links to "install/database_update.php" (both links).

This is still 3.1 behaviour and should be changed to "install/app.php/update".
