Updating from 3.1 to 3.2, just stops

After each try I check the last database modification time in HeidiSQL. It always corresponds to the last time the migration file was written too and the time the io_lock.lock was created. It just stops with red box with "Item ':confused:' already exists" at 4% done, and "Installing Data: \phpbb\db\migration\data\v320\text_reparser." as the last thing it did.
