Extend breadcrumb to support more pages

      Extend the breacrumbs to also show page like following:

      • FAQ
      • Search result
      • UCP
      • MCP
      • Memberlist
        etc.

      Currently these pages only show "Board Index" element.

      For FAQ the breadcrumb should be: "Board Index / FAQ"
