"U_NOTIFICATION_SETTINGS" doesn't return the correct URL

Hi All,

When we received an email notification, we are invited to change notifications settings if we wish no longer be notified by email.

But, the member is redirected to UCP -> Overview -> Manage notifications instead of UCP -> Board preferences -> Edit notification options.
