Plupload Attachments Not Quite Working

Uploads no longer work quite right. The Plupload interface does not refresh after sending the attachment. Try uploading a file on Area51 to see what is happening.

Not just uploads, but also Poll View Results, Showing the Colour Palette in certain places.

Basically, when javascript togles visibility on an element hidden with the "hidden" tag.
