subsilver2 Contact us form doesn't have an email subject field

    Error rendering 'com.atlassian.jira.jira-view-issue-plugin:details-module'. Please contact your Jira administrators.

      The Contact us form memberlist.php?mode=contactadmin in subsilver2 doesn't have a required field for entering the email subject, which, unsurprisingly, results in the error "You must specify a subject for the email."
