    Description

      The ORIG_PATH_INFO on IIS and some other server setups always returns the SCRIPT_NAME + PATH_INFO. This means that ORIG_PATH_INFO will always return a non-empty result and prevent phpBB 3.0.13 from working at all on these servers.
