Can not delete posts and soft delete topics in MCP topic view

A user who has m_delete, but not m_softdelete will see the option to delete posts in the MCP Topic view. However, if they select a post and set the dropdown to delete, they will just be sent back to the same page upon submission. The post remains (and is still selected), but there is no message indicating that the user needs soft delete permissions to be able to delete posts from this page. The user can, however, go directly to the topic and press the delete button on the post and it will succeed.
