sql_query_info, max_matches and charset_type removed from sphinxsearch 2.2.2-beta

Hi,

starting with Sphinx 2.2.2-beta the used but deprecated "sql_query_info" in the sphinx.conf:

was removed according to the Changelog of Sphinx:

This leads to a message that SQL_QUERY_INFO was permanently removed when trying to use this config with the latest stable Sphinx 2.2.4
