If you have more than one page of smilies (suspect the same will happen for icons as well), you get the page numbering show up and I've spotted there is no spacing between the EDIT smilies button and the page numbering. Look at the image below, looks like there should be some padding added to push the PAGE numbering text away from the EDIT SMILIES button.
