Clean up and Enhancement of Custom Profile Fields

      After the profile fields have been converted to the CPF system in the last few weeks, we should now disable some of them which are not used that much anymore.

      Leaving more space for new profile fields afterswards.

      As per RFC we should disable:

      • occupation
      • interests
      • ICQ
      • MSN/WLM
      • AOL
      • Yahoo

      Afterwards we should add new fields for:

      • Twitter
      • Facebook
      • Youtube
      • Google+
      • Skype
